Ignacio Catral
An educational opportunity brought Ignacio here to Milwaukee from Madrid, love enticed him to stay, and a good friend and an agency vision led him to co-create Catral Doyle.
A graduate of MIAD with an emphasis on Interior Design, Ignacio started off at one of Milwaukee’s largest architectural firms. All the while, honing his graphic design skills by taking on freelance work with Shawn Doyle.
Opportunities arose and the time came to devote full time to the growth of Catral Doyle. Fourteen years later the vision is realized and his expertise in design, interiors, flash, video development and more continues to build as the company evolves.

Susan Catral
A Milwaukee native, Susan started her career as a designer of kitchen and bath interiors following her graduation from MIAD.
Strongly suited for business development and with a design capability and aesthetic that extended far beyond interiors, Susan decided to leave her interior design career to join Ignacio and Shawn in growing the burgeoning Catral Doyle creative co.
Together with Shawn, Ignacio and Kristi, she has worked to realize the vision that inspired the creation of Catral Doyle – combining 2-D and 3-D strengths to creatively and effectively create design solutions for every dimension of each client’s business.
A Milwaukee native, Susan started her career as a designer of kitchen and bath interiors following her graduation from MIAD.

Shawn Doyle
From Madison, to the military to MIAD, Shawn has concentrated on graphic design and interiors and, following graduation, spent a number of years as a designer at one of Milwaukee’s prominent ad agencies.
His friendship with Ignacio and Susan began at MIAD and continued as they all embarked on distinct careers. Aspiring to become independent and create a more diversified type of agency, the time eventually came to take the leap and start Catral Doyle.
Since that time, Shawn has continued to be a driving force in the creative development of award-winning packaging and print work along with interactive work, signage and more.

Kristi Doyle
The one blessed with a mind for numbers, Kristi takes care of all things financial for Catral Doyle. In addition to being an active partner and key individual in the flow of our business, Kristi is well recognized as the queen of entertaining.
Born and raised in Madison, she was the high school sweetheart and now wife of Shawn Doyle. Over the years, Kristi and Shawn’s friendship with the Catrals formed into this business partnership with Kristi being the perfect candidate for the accounting role having received her undergraduate degree from UW-Madison and her Masters in Accounting from UW-Whitewater.

Erin Jende
It was good timing and a personal connection that brought Erin to the Catral Doyle team. The G. Love, Radiohead and other office-wide music selections just confirmed she was going to like it here.
A graduate of UW-Madison with degrees in Journalism-Strategic Communications and History, Erin has been part of the Catral Doyle team for over three and a half years.
Her communication skills, diverse capabilities and process-driven approach have continued to benefit Catral Doyle and its clients in her business development and account management roles.

Jim Schoenecker
While a student at UW-Milwaukee studying Graphic Design and Printmaking, Jim took on an internship at a local agency. It was there that he not only met and worked with Shawn Doyle, but also took a strong interest in the explosion of the Internet, quickly embracing the emerging technologies that would make the Web what it is today.
After years of building on and expanding his capabilities at other agencies locally, Jim now lends his combination of strong visual skills and working knowledge of Web, interactive media, video and audio as the head of CDC’s expanding interactive media department.
While a student at UW-Milwaukee studying Graphic Design and Printmaking, Jim took on an internship at a local agency.
